Reviews from Amazon
The following reviews are taken from the Amazon website and were written by Amazon customers.

The Search is over...
I first heard this music when I was 10 years-old, living in Chevy Chase, MD. My brother, Peter, a musician, introduced me to jazz. For 40 YEARS, I've been hearing his album in my head. I'd almost given up ever listening to it again until I found it on Amazon. I could not be happier listening to "Papa Lou" and his all-star cast of players. Money well spent.

Say It Loud
It's been long overdue. The CD finally has arrived with the Mighty Burner "Charles Earland on the B-3 and pre Idris Muhammad "Leo Morris" on the drums. The two pieces that shine are "SnakeBone" and "Brother Soul" which were never re-recorded or done again by Lou Donaldson since he and Charles Earland parted ways.
